At Mayhem and Tranquility, we believe that we are all working to become the best version of ourselves by striving to live a life unencumbered by negative mental health symptoms. Our focus is on inner safety, peace, and joy through various forms of mental health support, including ADHD therapy and autism therapy.
We aim to challenge the narrative and push beyond the norm, embracing the idea that 'I can do scary things'. While we recognize the importance of adhering to certain authorities like licensing boards and ethical standards, our mission is to empower you to reclaim your narrative. We are committed to fostering an inclusive environment for marginalized communities, including the LGBTQIA+ community, by addressing intersectionalities such as racism, homophobia, transphobia, and xenophobia. We want to help you navigate a world that may not have been designed for your unique needs, whether through individual therapy, group therapy, or telehealth therapy options.

Our Philosophy
We provide trauma-informed care tailored for gender diverse NeuroQueer folx and other marginalized communities, addressing the unique challenges that often accompany these identities, such as Autistic Burnout, CPTSD, eating disorders, chronic pain, sensory overload, and dissociative disorders. Our mental health support services include both individual therapy and group therapy specifically designed for LGBTQIA+ individuals and Neurodivergent clients. We also offer ADHD therapy and autism therapy to cater to diverse needs. Vee is an ally to those in kink, polyamorous, ENM, and sex work communities.
We are credentialed with the following insurance providers:

Currently, we are NOT credentialed with any Medicare or Medicaid insurances. Additionally, we offer telehealth therapy options to ensure accessible support for everyone.

Our Approach
We provide individual therapy for gender diverse NeuroQueer individuals, particularly those from other marginalized communities, using a trauma-informed care approach. With both lived experience and professional expertise, we aim to offer the best mental health support tailored to your needs.
Vee is level 1 Internal Family Systems (IFS) trained and utilizes IFS with somatic work to foster a connection between mind and body. Additionally, we incorporate expressive arts, psychodynamic therapy, and bilateral stimulation to facilitate healing for ADHD therapy and autism therapy clients.
As a practice, we are firmly against ABA therapy and do not employ behavioral modification techniques.
We believe there is a fulfilling life waiting for you, free from the weight of your symptoms, and we will work with you at your own pace. While one cannot completely erase their trauma, healing from it and the associated symptoms is possible, and we hope to support you on this journey through individual therapy, group therapy, and telehealth therapy options.
