At Mayhem and Tranquility, I believe that we are working to become the best version of ourselves and that we ultimately can achieve the goals that we want to achieve.
We aim to challenge the narrative and push outside the norms. Although there are certain authorities that we must answer to such as licensing boards and ethics, we aim to help reclaim your power in your narrative and live with feminism, challenging intersectionalities, racism, homophobia, transphobia, xenophobia, and helping you find your place in a world that may not have been designed for you and your needs.

I offer trauma-informed care for Neurodivergent individuals, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and marginalized individuals focusing on the issues that often come with being a part of those communities including Autistic Burnout, CPTSD, eating disorders, chronic pain, sensory overload and dissociativedisorders. I am kink/polamorous/ENM/Sex worker allied.

Our Approach
I provide individual therapy for the LGBTQIA+, Neurodivergent, and margenalized communities through a trauma-informed lens using lived experience and professional expertise to give you the best care. I use parts work (IFS) and somatic therapy to help bring connection to mind and body, and use expressive arts, psychodynamic therapy, and bilateral therapy to help facilitate additional healing.
I am anti-ABA therapy and do not use behavioral modification in my practice.
I believe that there is a life out there for you to live without being encumbered by your symptoms and I work with you at your speed. One cannot get rid of their trauma but they can heal from it and the symptoms that came from it and I hope that I can help be a part of that journey.
