CPTSD Support Group
Join us for a 6-week expressive art support group for CPTSD survivors. We will use IFS techniques and narrative therapy techniques combined with expressive art to help you on your journey through this support group. Each group will have a topic that we will focus on and Vee Williams (LPC) will walk the members through activities during the group while also giving space for members to provide empathetic support to one another. Make way to battle monsters and create castles in this expressive art group. Come join us for the most fun 6 weeks of trauma work you have experienced yet.
Cost
$60/group
$360 will be due at the first session or it can be broken into two payments of $180 at the first session and $180 halfway through.

Trans Masculine Therapy Group
Going into 2025 being trans has a different connotation and having support is more important than ever. Whether you have been medically transitioned for years or whether you are just questioning, this group is for you! We will explore what it means to be trans, internal transphobia, how it feels to have your body change (or not change) and have feelings about surrounding the dysphoria or euphoria, and more! Grab your art supplies and your tissues and be ready for some laughs - you know this will be a good time!
