At Mayhem and Tranquility, I work with you to provide information about gender confirmation including HRT, name change, surgery, and social changes. I can provide gender-affirming letters for medical transitions if desired following WPATH SOC 8 guidelines.
**I only require one session for the assessment.
I take insurance and will do sliding scale for letters and I provide 1 free letter per month - please apply below if you need a free letter.
